Description

Coarsely grind large quantities of meat fast and efficiently with the Hollymatic 190 Automatic Feed Grinder.

This heavy-duty meat grinder is perfect for supermarkets and large meat processing plants, and is designed to be the initial grinder for coarse ground production of whole muscle products. It has a large hopper capacity of 100 pounds and is able to produce between 3,200 and 6,500 pounds of meat per hour depending on the product, reducer speed, and grind head being used. The 10-inch tub extension (sold separately) increases the hoppers capacity to 200 pounds and facilitates the use of a conveyor belt feeding system in addition to manual feeding.

The Hollymatic 190 automatic feed grinder features dual high strength and high torque self-feeding augers that move tempered meat as well as large, fresh pieces of meat through the grinder quickly and easily. This also helps reduce waste, and make batch changes and clean-up fast and simple.

The grinder comes equipped with a size 52 grind head to suit all your production needs. It has a 7.5 hp motor for high grinding torque and an enclosed drive with a seal lubrication system that requires minimum maintenance. For added safety, an interlock switch shuts off power to the unit when the lid is opened or optional extension is raised.

This Hollymatic grinder is constructed out of stainless steel for ultimate durability. It features a tilting hopper and requires no special tools to disassemble making it much easier to perform a thorough and sanitary clean after each use. The unit is equipped with adjustable legs that can raise or lower its working height between 47 and 64 inches. Large heavy-duty swivel casters on each leg make it easy to move the unit as needed.
