The blade is flexible, so it’s perfect for delicate work and can be used on any awkwardly shaped bakes. To clean, hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use metal scourers or harsh abrasives as this may damage the wood. Do not place in the dishwasher.
