Oven Star 23cm Bread Knife ZWILLING

This bread knife is designed to easily slice through even the crispiest crusts without crushing the crumb. The 23cm serrated blade glides efficiently through bread, but is also suitable for cutting foods with firm crusts such as pastries, roasts, or even some squash.

Forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel using SIGMAFORGE technology, this knife offers strength, balance, and durability. The cold-hardened FRIODUR blade retains its edge longer and offers excellent resistance.

The ergonomic black polypropylene handle is seamlessly molded for comfort and control during use. The integrated bolster provides good balance while protecting fingers during cutting. Made in Germany.
