A. Michelsen Christmas spoon 1910. Partially gilded silver (Reversed)
N. C. Dyrlund was an artistic employee at A. Michelsen during the years 1901-1911. He designed the first Christmas Spoon. It bears no year, and it is unlikely that anyone at the time could have predicted that the spoon would be the first in a long series. The motif is the Christmas star. (The spoon has been turned 180 degrees so that the back has become the front)
