Chefsrange RBPOE – Jacket Potato Oven

This Chefsrange RBPOE is a high capacity Convected heat baked potato oven, with storage for cooked potatoes and a glass viewing panel on the customer side. This oven has twin fans and elements so has fast heat recovery and can be used for other products such as Croissants, Pasties, Danish pastries etc.

• Capacity– 62 Litre oven chamber – dims 460w x 375d x 360h

• Output – Upto 60 Potatoes/hr
• Supplied with 4 wire chromed shelves – 325 x 450 – shelf gap is 75mm
• Heating – Convected heat with 2 fans and heating elements gives fast heat up time and recovery with even cooking results
• Stainless steel baffles around the fans directs airflow for maximum performance
• Temperature range – Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 – 300’C
• Fitted with hi limit safety thermostat – set at 340’C

• Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.

• Construction – Black enamelled oven interior with 430 stainless steel exterior

• Unit is fitted with drop down hinged door with vented double pane toughened glass door – cool to touch

• Oven and display are fitted with interior lights
