The Crown Verity MCB-30 is an entry-level barbeque thats perfect for light commercial grillers or for restaurants and other commercial kitchens with limited space. It features a spacious 28-inch by 21-inch cooking surface for grilling burgers, sausages, vegetables, kabobs, and anything else on your menu.

Powerful and Efficient Outdoor Grill

This MCB-30 model is supplied with a liquid propane connection for your convenience. All liquid propane models are supplied with a two-stage regulator, quick disconnect hose, and built-in tank holder that can accommodate a standard 20-pound propane tank.

Four robust 15,000 BTU/hr stainless steel burners power the grill and ensure heat is distributed evenly throughout the dome and grilling surface. This impressive barbeque can heat up to your desired cooking temperature in just five minutes or less, making it an exceptionally efficient piece of equipment.

High Quality Construction

The grills body as well as legs, cooking grates, burners, under shelves, radiants, water pans, fasteners, and pilot tubes are all constructed from 304 stainless steel making them extremely durable and built to last.

The MCB-30 comes with two 14 wheels and two locking casters that let you easily move the unit around for use or storage, as well as secure it firmly in place when in use.
