Description

The EFI IM-55-BULLET is a 15″ air-cooled ice machine designed to deliver up to 55 Lbs. of adjustable bullet-shaped ice every 24 hrs. Constructed with a copper nickel-plated evaporator, providing superior anti-corrosion properties to ensure the machine remains functional commercial settings. The integrated storage bin holds 33 lbs. of ice, while the front-access door allows staff to reach inventory quickly during peak service hours.

Precision and ease of use are managed through a digital control panel that features a built-in function to adjust ice thickness. This allows to customize ice production to match specific beverage requirements. The unit utilizes R290 refrigerant system and includes a water filter to ensure that every batch of ice meets professional hygiene and taste standards from the moment of installation.

For efficient facility management, the IM-55-BULLET features an easy-to-clean removable dust filter located on the front of the condenser. Adjustable leveling legs are included to provide stability on uneven kitchen floors, ensuring the unit remains level.
