Description

The Microplane 36024 Mason Jar Lid Graters. Essential 2-piece set designed for highly efficient, mess-free ingredient preparation directly into storage containers, perfect for meal prep. The set includes both a fine blade and a ribbon blade, providing two crucial textures for a wide array of ingredients. Specifically sized to fit seamlessly over standard wide mouth canning jars, instantly transforming them into collection basins.

The versatility of the dual blades maximizes their utility in any kitchen setting. The fine blade effortlessly processes hard ingredients, quickly reducing cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, citrus zest, and hard cheeses into fine powder. In contrast, the bi-directional ribbon blade is ideal for textured results, creating airy, flakey curls from soft cheeses, coconut, carrots, and zucchini. This direct grating-to-jar method is ideal for creating fresh spice rubs, vinaigrettes, or portioned jar salads.

Longevity and superior performance are guaranteed by the quality construction. Both blades are crafted from ultra-sharp, strong stainless steel. The Microplane 36024 Mason Jar Lid Graters are encircled in a durable black ABS ring for stability during use and are entirely dishwasher safe, supporting quick, hygienic cleanup. Additionally, the fine blade features unique shaker holes at the perimeter, allowing for convenient sprinkling of grated ingredients directly onto dishes at the point of service.
