Description

The Ooni Volt 2 12″ Electric Countertop Pizza Oven brings professional baking into the home kitchen, eliminating the need for outdoor setups. This appliance utilizes Pizza Intelligence to monitor internal temperatures, automatically adjusting heat distribution so every crust reaches the desired crispness. Whether preparing Neapolitan or New York style, the system handles the technical adjustments for success.

This unit achieves a maximum temperature of 454C (850F) in 20 min., allowing for a 90 sec. bake that mimics traditional stone ovens. The integrated “Boost” function ensures the 12″ cordierite stone returns to peak temperature quickly, which is perfect for hosting dinner parties where multiple pizzas are served in sequence. The triple-paned tempered glass door provides durability while keeping the exterior safe to touch.

A built-in smoke and grease filtration system makes this oven a clean addition to any countertop, preventing kitchen odors from lingering. The intuitive digital interface includes a timer and precise temperature control, giving users the flexibility to proof dough or sear meats at high heat. With its plug-and-play 120 V design, this equipment offers a sophisticated solution for enthusiasts who prioritize quality.

• Restaurant Size Recommendation: Specifically designed for residential kitchens or small home-based catering, efficiently serving groups of 4 to 10 people.
• Maintenance Advice: Use the high-heat cleaning cycle to burn off residue on the cordierite stone. Periodically wipe the exterior and replace the carbon filter.
