By arranging the ribs vertically, this grill makes the most of the available oven space and ensures that the meat is cooked perfectly. It is also great for pre-cooking ribs overnight and then grilling prior just prior to serving. This grill is compatible with Rational iCombi Classic and iCombi Pro models.

The Rational 6035.1018 Rib Rack is designed for use in Rational ovens but can also be used in conventional ovens. The rib rack has a high-quality design with reinforced corners and a secure base for maximum stability. The rack is also designed with raised edges to prevent the ribs from falling off.
