The Vulcan Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven is a powerful unit engineered for consistent, high-volume production in commercial kitchens and bakeries. This single-section oven features durable stainless steel construction on its front, sides, and top, ensuring lasting use in a tough environment. The full-size interior offers a 5-pan capacity. The Electric Convection Oven occupies an efficient footprint while operating with a total 12.5kW electric input.

Operational control is managed by solid state temperature controls, allowing fine adjustments across a wide range of 150F to 500F (65C to 260C). Consistent and even cooking results are achieved by a 1/2 HP 2-speed blower motor that efficiently circulates heat throughout the cavity. For precise recipe timing, the oven includes a 5-hour timer with an audible alarm and digital display enhancement. Furthermore, the addition of a Gentle Bake mode selector switch provides kitchen staff the flexibility needed for preparing delicate items.

Designed to maximize workflow and ease of maintenance, the oven features independently operated, removable stainless steel doors with double-pane windows for visual monitoring without opening the cavity. The oven interior is finished with porcelain enamel on steel, a non-stick surface that simplifies cleaning and helps maintain sanitary conditions.
