With six powerful open burners, this countertop hot plate offers a total of 150,000 BTU/hr of power, making it perfect for sauts, stir fry, and even reductions thanks to its excellent turn down abilities. Each burner has a two-piece design with lift-off heads that make them extremely easy to clean. The hot plate also features one trouble-free manual heat control valve per burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system to start up.

The front, sides, and top ledge of the hot plate are constructed out of stainless steel making it incredibly durable. It comes with heavy-duty cast-iron top grates that will withstand the bustling environment of a commercial kitchen for years. Its also equipped with 4-inch adjustable legs to provide you with a comfortable working height of 13 inches.

The Vulcan 36-inch countertop hot plate is supplied with a liquid propane with a conversion kit included with the unit.
